It is a rare occasion in which I am excited to get up before the sun. This was one of those times.
Our eyes took their time to adjust to the soft morning light as we sauntered along the waterfront in Old Town, Alexandria. Stopping when the streams of light could not be ignored. Contessa and Will have the best kind of laid back demeanor. So comfortable with one another; every glance and sheepish grin was swoon-worthy. We discussed our mutual obsessions with craft beer and great wine over breakfast (…and the phone apps that collect the evidence of such indulgences). Further confirming why our clients are the coolest friends to have.
After we had our much needed coffee, we finished out the morning among the cherry blossoms at Meadowlark Botanical Gardens. We can’t wait for their wedding this fall!
