Today is Christmas so what better session to share than one of our all time favorite couples getting engaged just before the holidays. Setting aside the icy sidewalks and frigid temperatures, we set up camp at the Thomas Jefferson Memorial. Patiently awaiting Kurt and Shannon’s arrival. Kurt had relayed to us how special this monument was to his and Shannon’s relationship. Remarking on how Shannon had told him it would be the perfect place to get engaged. And it truly was. The sun came out just as Kurt took a knee and stuck with us for the photos afterwards. Never has a cold December day been more cozy and inviting.
